Position Overview

Join the Founder's Team at Enigma as a Management Trainee - Growth & Marketing, where you will play a crucial role in driving our sales outreach, marketing & growth initiatives. Responsibilities

• Sales and Outreach Initiatives:
• LinkedIn Outreach - Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients and partners.
• Cold Email Campaigns - Develop and implement effective cold email outreach strategies to generate leads and build partnerships.
• Marketing & Administration:
• Marketing Management - Manage our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) by curating engaging and relevant content.
• Hiring Support - Support the hiring process by participating in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities.
• Strategic Projects - Assist with special projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Administrative Support - Assist the founder with day-to-day activities that relate to the growth of the business, including administrative tasks and marketing project management.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create tailored content for SEO and outreach purposes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• An outgoing personality with a creative mindset and a keen interest in UI UX, Web Design and Digital Marketing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
