Position Overview

Are you passionate about visual storytelling, animation, and creating captivating motion content? Enigma Digital is seeking a skilled Motion & Graphic Designer who is eager to bring ideas to life through animation, motion graphics, and visual design. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative teams to bring ideas to life, experimenting with motion and depth, while developing a portfolio you can be proud of.

What You’ll Do

As a Motion & Graphic Designer at Enigma, you will:

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics, 2D animations, and visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and interactive projects.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and marketers to create compelling visual stories through motion design.
• Develop detailed storyboards, style frames, and design assets that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Apply best practices in animation principles, typography, visual composition, and color theory.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, motion techniques, and software tools to keep creative output fresh and innovative.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and present creative concepts internally.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• A degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
• Passion for digital design, animation, and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent collaboration skills, strong communication abilities, and a growth mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, compositing, and visual effects.
• An eye for detail and commitment to producing polished, professional work.
