This data provides insights into how users interact with a product, enabling UX designers to make informed decisions.

The major benefit of Automated UX Research is its efficiency. It can quickly gather and analyse large amounts of data, offering broader insights than traditional methods. It's particularly useful for identifying usability issues, tracking user behaviour over time, and A/B testing. However, it's worth noting that Automated UX Research should complement, not replace, traditional research methods. While it excels at gathering quantitative data, it lacks the qualitative, human insights that methods like interviews and user testing provide.
