User Interviews

User Interviews are a research method used to gather qualitative insights from users. They involve a researcher asking a user a series of open-ended questions to understand their needs, behaviours, experiences, and perspectives.

User Interviews can provide deep, rich insights that can't be captured through quantitative methods. They can be used at any stage of the design process, from early exploration to concept testing to post-launch evaluation.

The key to conducting effective User Interviews is asking good questions and listening carefully to the responses. It's also important to recruit users who represent the target audience, to ensure that the insights are relevant and actionable.

However, User Interviews also have limitations. They can be time-consuming and resource-intensive, and the quality of the insights depends on the skill of the interviewer. They also provide subjective, self-reported data, which can be influenced by various factors.
